PERB FOIL Request Information

The Public Employment Relations Board accepts Freedom of Information Law requests in person, by mail, email and internet submission. Records that are to be made available under FOIL will be offered for inspection and copying between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for holidays, at the PERB address listed below. In person and mail requests should be directed to:
